Group exercise class

The group exercise program offers a variety of classes each semester. There is no additional cost for these classes.

SPRING Group Ex. Schedule 

Classes start JANUARY 19th!  PRINTABLE SPRING GROUP EX SCHEDULE

In-person AND YouTube lives January 19th - February 5th (except for Indoor Cycling)

Starting February 8th classes will only be held IN-PERSON.

NO MATS will be available.  Please bring your own mats and props for any class you attend.
