Students may visit the Bursar's Office Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. For an appointment, please email the Bursar's Office at email@example.com. Appointments are not required for transactions at the cashier windows.

We highly encourage all students to enroll in eRefunds (direct deposit) through TouchNet to ensure the safety and timeliness of your refund. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days once the credit balance is established. Learn more about eRefunds and see how to sign up here.
HEERF II (CRRSAA) Awards
HEERF II (CRRSAA) Awards provide emergency relief aid to eligible students. To be deemed eligible for the award, the student must be a US citizen or an eligible noncitizen, they must be enrolled in an approved degree course or program, and they must have a FAFSA on file that demonstrates exceptional need. An application must be completed, which can be found here: HEERF II Emergency Student Grant Application. Grants will range from $300-$600 for those deemed eligible and the awards are expected to be distributed in mid to late March.
